GTC
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sales of products offered on the LEMZY STUDIO website. They apply to all transactions concluded with buyers, whether individuals or professionals, for the acquisition of posters offered for sale on the website.

3. Products
The posters offered for sale on the site are described with the greatest care. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible, but differences in color or rendering may appear depending on the screens used by customers.
The posters are sold without a frame, unless otherwise stated.
4. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), including VAT at the rate in effect at the time of the order. excluding delivery costs. LEMZY STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order by the customer.
5. Order
The order is made directly on the LEMZY STUDIO website. The customer must follow the online ordering process to select the desired products and provide the information necessary for delivery.
Once the order has been validated, the customer receives a confirmation by email. LEMZY STUDIO reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The customer can pay by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. LEMZY STUDIO uses secure payment systems to ensure the confidentiality of the information transmitted during the transaction.
7. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated when ordering. LEMZY STUDIO undertakes to ship the products within the time indicated on the site at the time of purchase.
Delivery costs are calculated and specified at the time of ordering based on the destination and weight of the package.
Delivery time: The delivery time varies depending on the destination. Any delays cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to a claim for damages. In the event of loss or damage during transport, the customer must report it to the carrier and to LEMZY STUDIO within 3 days of receiving the products.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs, which remain his responsibility.
The product must be returned in its original condition and in its initial packaging. To exercise this right, the customer must contact LEMZY STUDIO at the following email address: contact@lemzystudio.fr to obtain the return address and necessary instructions.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, LEMZY STUDIO undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 days from receipt of the returned products, provided that they are in perfect condition.
9. Complaints and returns
In the event of a defective product or non-compliance with the order, the customer has 3 working days after receipt to contact LEMZY STUDIO by email: contact@lemzystudio.fr specifying the problem encountered. Depending on the case, the product may be exchanged or refunded.
The return costs in the event of a defective product will be covered by LEMZY STUDIO.
10. Guarantees
The products sold by LEMZY STUDIO benefit from the legal guarantees provided for by articles L.217-4 to L.217-12 of the Consumer Code and 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code. In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, the customer can choose between repair or replacement of the product. If neither of these solutions is possible, he can obtain a total or partial refund.
11. Intellectual property
All elements present on the LEMZY STUDIO website, including texts, images, illustrations, are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Liability
LEMZY STUDIO cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, virus, etc.) or for any other event qualified as force majeure.
13. Personal data
The personal information collected during the order is necessary for the management of the commercial relationship. It is processed in accordance with LEMZY STUDIO’s privacy policy.
14. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
